Thai cuisine is a aromatic combination of hot (chillies), salty (fish sauce), sweet (palm sugar) and sour (lime) flavours which are perfectly balanced to created the unique fusion of flavours that have made Thai food one of the world's favourite cuisines.

Thai cuisine uses a wide variety of herbs and spices including basil, ginger, turmeric and chilli as well as both red and green curry pastes along with the liberal use of sweet chilli sauce.  Rice is the staple food in Thailand and it is usually eaten at every meal.
