As the balmy evenings of summer draw to a close, it's time to
look forward to spoiling yourself and your family with chocolate
and hot cross buns!
Hot cross buns are
traditional at Easter time, and we have a great recipe that is
filled with mouth watering mixed
spice, cinnamon and nutmeg for you to
try.
If over the Easter break you have friends popping over, we
recommend baking our Easter Carrot Cake. It is
deliciously moist and with a hint of spice it is a perfect match
with a cup of Gregg's Cafe Gold.
If you would like to try something a little less traditional
this Easter, but still deliciously spiced we love Gingerbread for morning tea or everyone's
favourite slice, Ginger Crunch. For a different sort
of chocolately treat try our Espresso Chocolate
Fudge.
