Gregg's is proud to introduce their new range of Crusting Blends.

This new range is inspired by tops chefs and combines the perfect blend of flavours to create a simple, unforgettable meal in minutes.

Now you can quickly and easily prepare an impressive restaurant inspired meal at home, simply mix with olive oil and water and press lightly onto chosen protein and cook as usual.

Gregg's Crusting Blends contain no artificial colours and flavours and come in 3 fantastic variants that we know that whole family with love.

Gregg's Lemon Pepper Crusting Blend - lively and zesty

Gregg's Moroccan Crusting Blend - deliciously fragrant

Gregg's Tuscan Herb Crusting Blend - aromatic and flavoursome

Tips and Hints

  • For a crispier coating use ½ cup crusting blend and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • Try Moroccan Crusting Blend (prepared following directions ) sprinkled over roast pumpkin, baby carrots and red onion. Sprinkle over 15 minutes before the end of cooking time for a golden, crispy and tasty flavour boost.
  • Try Italian Herbs Crusting Blend (prepared following directions) on top of a vegetable gratin. Sprinkle before baking.
  • Combine 1 cup Lemon Pepper Crusting with ¼ cup olive oil. Add 500 g raw peeled prawns. Barbecue or pan fry in a little oil.
  • Make crispy crumbs to sprinkle on top of pasta dishes or soups. Combine ½ cup Crusting Blend and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cook in a frying pan over medium heat until crisp and golden.
  • To make a delicious topping for grilled tomatoes, combine ½ cup Crusting Blend and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Sprinkle over tomatoes before grilling.
  • For a special occasion, try Chicken Parmigiana. Brown chicken breast, top with grilled eggplant, tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with Italian Herbs Crusting Blend (prepared following directions) and bake in the oven at 200C for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the topping is crisp and golden.
