Gregg's are giving you the chance to receive a Limited Edition
New Zealand Design Gregg's Oven Mitt. Simply visit your
nearest New World store in April and purchase any 3 Gregg's
products to receive a Gregg's Oven Mitt. Make sure you get in quick
as the offer is available only while stocks last.
How to enter
Purchase any three Gregg's products from a participating New
World store and receive a free Gregg's Oven Mitt. For Oven Mitt
claims visit the customer service desk in store. Original proof of
purchase (showing that the date of purchase) must be shown at the
customer service counter in store. Or pick up an oven mitt at the
instore display and proceed to the check out with 3 Greggs items
for validation. Collection of the Oven Mitt must be on the
same day as the product purchase.

Terms of Entry
1. Applicable terms: These terms apply to this
promotion except where specifically amended by the How To Enter or
Prize Details sections. The sections on How To Enter form part of
these Terms Of Entry. Entry into the promotion deems acceptance of
the Terms Of Entry.
2. Who may enter: The promotion is open to New
Zealand residents only. Anyone employed by (or an immediate
family member of someone employed by) Cerebos Gregg's or Cerebos
Gregg's associated companies, advertising agencies are no eligible
to enter to win. Employees of Foodstuffs Limited are eligible to
enter to win.
3. Entries:
1. Entries must be made in
accordance with the instructions in How To Enter and received by
the relevant closing date and time.
2. If you are required to purchase a
product to enter the promotion, then you may enter as many times as
you like. However, there will be one Oven Mitt given away for each
3 Gregg's item purchased in one transaction. There is a limit of 1
mitt per customer.
3. Cerebos Gregg's reserves the
right in its absolute discretion to exclude late, lost, incomplete,
incomprehensible or damaged entries and accepts no responsibility
for such entries.
4. Cerebos Gregg's reserves the
right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to
disqualify any entrant for tampering with winning tickets or the
entry process.
4. Prize(s):
1. All costs not specifically
included in the Prize Details are excluded from the prize and are
the responsibility of the winner.
2. Prizes are not transferable.
3. Limit of 1 oven mitt per purchase
of 3 Gregg's items.
5. Product purchase: You are required to purchase 3
Gregg's products in one transaction to enter the promotion, and you
must keep a copy of the proof of purchase and product to be shown
at the customer service desk in store. Cerebos Gregg's will
require proof of purchase before awarding any prize.
6. Variations: Cerebos Gregg's reserves the right
to vary the Terms Of Entry or to modify, terminate, suspend or
reschedule the promotion.
7. Decisions: Cerebos Gregg's decision is final and
no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Liability: Cerebos Gregg's is not liable for any
loss, damage, or injury (including without limitation indirect
or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with
the promotion or any Gift With Purchase prize, except for any
liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability
which cannot be excluded by law.
