Gregg's Rich Chocolate Mousse

Directions

For best results use an electric mixer and a deep 1 litre capacity bowl.  Pour 1 cup (250ml) cold milk into a bowl.  Sprinkle Gregg's Mousse mix over the milk.  Beat on low speed for 1 minute, scraping the mix from the sides of the bowl. Beat on maximum speed for 4 minutes or until the mousse is thick and fluffy.  Spoon into serving dishes, refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.  Mousse should be kept in the refrigerator until ready to serve and eaten on the day of preparation.

Makes 4 servings.

Store in a cool, dry place.
