Gregg's Mixed Herbs
A quintessential mixture of herbs commonly used in New Zealand,
Gregg's Mixed Herbs blend contains dried thyme and sage, with a
small amount of marjoram.
Mixed herbs should be used where a general herbaceous note is
desired, such as a sprinkle on bread or combined with oil and/or
acids for a marinade. The strong herb flavours work well with other
strong flavours such as garlic, red wine, onion, meat, oily fish
and mushrooms.
