Hints & Usage Suggestions
Directions for use
Take 500g of your favorite meat, fish, chicken or vegetables and
brush lightly with olive oil. Using a dry spoon, place 4 - 5
teaspoons of CAJUN MIX in a clean plastic bag or on a plate, add
meat or vegetable and coat thoroughly. Suitable for BARBECUING,
GRILLING, PAN FRYING or ROASTING. Add more Mix for a more intense
flavour.
Hints and Tips
- Brush roasts or whole chicken with oil, pat on Mix;
then bake until cooked through.
- Roll meatballs and kebabs in Mix; then barbecue, grill
or pan fry until cooked through.
- Sprinkle Mix onto potato wedges before roasting.
- Add to egg mixes when making omelettes, quiches or
frittata.
Storage Instructions
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid using over steam.
- Shake well before use.
