This aromatic blend of allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, and lemon peel gives a sweet yet tangy flavour to liven up your meals. Sprinkle over meats, poultry, seafood and vegetables before cooking.

Hints & Usage Suggestions

  • Mix a tablespoon of Gregg's Jamaican Seasoning with a little olive oil to form a paste. Use to marinate beef, chicken, pork, lamb or seafood before barbecuing.
  • Add a teaspoon of Gregg's Jamaican Seasoning to casseroles and stews to give an aromatic tanginess.
  • Sprinkle on flatbread, cover with sliced mozzarella and bake in a very hot oven for 4 to 5 minutes. Cut into slices and serve as part of an antipasto plate.
  • Add to sour cream and yoghurt with a little finely chopped spring onion and cucumber for a delicious fresh tangy sauce or dip. Try on barbecued lamb in pita pockets.
  • Rub a whole chicken with Gregg's Jamaican Seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil and roast.
