Hints & Usage Suggestions

  • Mix a tablespoon of Gregg's Mexican Seasoning with a little olive oil to form a paste. Use to marinate beef, chicken, pork or lamb before barbecuing. Or try as a base for mini pizzas - top with mozzarella, sliced chorizo and sliced cherry tomatoes and garnish with coriander.
  • Make a pasta sauce with a difference by simmering 2 cans chopped tomatoes with 1 tablespoon Gregg's Mexican Seasoning until the sauce is thick and rich.
  • Combine 1 tablespoon Gregg's Mexican Seasoning and ΒΌ cup flour and use to coat fish fillets before frying lightly in oil.
  • Toss vegetables such as peppers, pumpkin, red onion, courgettes, and eggplant in oil and a generous sprinkle of Gregg's Mexican Seasoning. Roast until golden.
  • Add a teaspoon of Gregg's Mexican Seasoning to tomato - based soups for extra zing.
