A mild and fragrant mix of spices and mint that is great in tagines, or on roast pumpkin.

Hints & Usage Suggestions

  • Coat diced lamb, chicken, fish, pork or beef pieces with Gregg's Moroccan Seasoning and pan-fry before adding to a fresh green salad.
  • Sprinkle Gregg's Moroccan Seasoning over beef koftas or meatballs.
  • Brush pita triangles with oil and sprinkle with Gregg's Moroccan Seasoning.  Bake at 180⁰C for 10 minutes until bread is crisp.
  • Give vegetables a lift with a sprinkle of Gregg's Moroccan Seasoning.  Particularly good with carrots, pumpkin and courgettes.
  • Sprinkle Gregg's Moroccan Seasoning over pumpkin soup.
  • Use as a garnish - try sprinkle of Gregg's Moroccan Seasoning over hummus.
  • Top a pizza base with lamb mince that has been pan-fried with finely chopped onion and Gregg's Moroccan Seasoning.  Top with hummus, toasted pine nuts and baby spinach leaves.
