Hints & Usage Suggestions
For a simple green curry heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.
Add 1/3 jar of Gregg's Green Curry Paste, 500g thinly
sliced meat or fish. Cook for 5 minutes. Add 1 sliced
carrot, 150g halved green beans, cook 2 minutes. Add 1 can
(400mls) coconut milk and 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and bring to
boil, simmer 5 minutes or until meat is cooked, stir
occasionally. Serve with steamed rice. Serves 4.
Always use a clean, dry utensil when removing product from
jar.
Storage Instructions
Refrigerate after opening, at less than 4°C.
