Directions
Mix 1 cup (100g) of stuffing mix with ½ cup (125mL) cold
water to make a moist, crumbly mixture. Use to stuff chicken,
game, and red or white meat rolled roast just before
cooking.
Alternatively, use as a side dish - roll heaped
tablespoons of mixture into balls; place on a greased oven tray or
add to the roasting pan. Cook at 180°C for 15-20
minutes.
For a fruity stuffing add 1/2 cup diced fruit - apricots,
apples or raisins to stuffing mix.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place after opening. Reseal the
packet firmly before storing.
