Banana & Nutmeg Fruit Smoothie

A delicious energy booster. This banana and nutmeg smoothie is sure to become a favourite.  Great for a breakfast on the go or to refuel the kids after sports.

Preparation Time:
5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, roughly chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup yoghurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • pinch of Gregg's Ground Nutmeg
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour into glasses to serve.
