Banana & Nutmeg Fruit Smoothie
A delicious energy booster. This banana and nutmeg smoothie is
sure to become a favourite. Great for a breakfast on the go
or to refuel the kids after sports.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup yoghurt
- 2 tsp honey
- pinch of Gregg's Ground Nutmeg
- 6 ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and
frothy.
Pour into glasses to serve.
