Ingredients
Method
Mix the marinade ingredients together and add the steak. Cover
and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in pan or BBQ, add steak and cook quickly each side or
until cooked to your liking.
Serve with Gregg's Classic BBQ Sauce and Mediterranean
Salad.
