Berry & Cinnamon Fruit Smoothie

Fresh, delicious and healthy.  This berry and cinnamon fruit smoothie is a perfect start to any summers morning or serve as a healthy after school snack for busy kids.

5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Gregg's Ground Cinnamon
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour into glasses to serve.
