These gorgeous crepes will become a firm favourite. When
fresh berries are unavailable, simply substitute with frozen and
enjoy this dessert all year round.
Ingredients
Method
Pour the milk and cream into a bowl. Sprinkle over the Gregg's
Wild Raspberry Instant Dessert Mix and beat until well blended.
Refrigerate until required (10 minutes minimum).
Drain the raspberries if using frozen ones. Place a spoonful of
dessert mix in the centre of each pancake, top with raspberries
then roll up.
Top with grated chocolate and serve.
