Ingredients

Method

Place the Gregg's Sesame Seeds in a small frying pan. Toast over low heat, shaking the pan frequently to ensure even colour. Once the sesame seeds are golden brown remove from the heat and set aside to cool.

Place the cheese and cream cheese in the bowl of a food processor. Process until the mixture is smooth.

Place the sesame seeds on a piece of plastic wrap about 30 cm long. Leave about 5 cm around the edges clear. Spoon the cheese along one end of the sesame seeds. Roll the plastic wrap gently around the cheese to form a log. Press the sesame seeds gently into the cheese log. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap then refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the log is firm.

Serve with crackers.

Hints & Tips

Try Gregg's Whole Poppy Seeds instead of Gregg's Sesame Seeds.

Add a teaspoon of Gregg's Chopped Chives or Gregg's Rubbed Parsley for extra colour.
