Make your own tasty chicken strips and serve with a selection of
dipping sauces. Great for summer entertaining and a hit at kids
parties. For a change try with fish or beef.

Method
Mix the Gregg's Stuffing Mix, Cajun seasoning and parmesan
cheese together and place on a plate. Roll the chicken breast
fillets or tenderloins in the coating mixture.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the
chicken strips and cook for 2 - 3 minutes on each side. Remove from
the oil and drain.
Serve hot with your favourite Gregg's sauce.
