Cajun Fried Chicken Strips

Make your own tasty chicken strips and serve with a selection of dipping sauces. Great for summer entertaining and a hit at kids parties. For a change try with fish or beef.

Ingredients

Method

Mix the Gregg's Stuffing Mix, Cajun seasoning and parmesan cheese together and place on a plate. Roll the chicken breast fillets or tenderloins in the coating mixture.

Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for 2 - 3 minutes on each side. Remove from the oil and drain.

Serve hot with your favourite Gregg's sauce.

    Could use fish or thin strips of beef. Serve with Sweet Chilli Sauce. Kids loved them!

    I baked in the oven for about 20 minutes rather than frying. I froze the leftovers, and when defrosted gave a quick 5 minutes in the oven to crisp up. Served with heaps of Smoked Hickory Sauce = YUM!!! Even my fussy 2 year old enjoyed them,
