The perfect combination of flavours turns a family favourite
into a sophisticated meal. Alternatively make mini pizzas and

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add the onions and
cook for 30 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning. Add the
brown sugar and Gregg's Rosemary and cook for a further 10 minutes,
stirring.
Place the pizza base on a baking tray lined with baking paper
and spread with Gregg's Tomato Paste. Season with freshly ground
black pepper. Top with the onions, blue cheese and mozzarella.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is
bubbling.
