Gregg's has created the perfect blend of authentic Thai
ingredients so you can create a delicious spicy green curry in
minutes at home.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 Tbsp Gregg's Green Curry Paste
- 300g chicken breast, sliced
- 1 small red capsicum, sliced
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 200ml coconut cream
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar (optional)
- Thai basil, to garnish
Method
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over medium high heat. Add
the Gregg's Green Curry Paste and sliced chicken and cook,
stirring, for 5 minutes. Add the sliced capsicum and cook for 1
minute. Add the peas, coconut cream and brown sugar and bring to
the boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until
the chicken is cooked, stirring occasionally.
Serve with rice and garnish with Thai basil, if desired.
