A zesty twist on a classic summer favourite, and the salsa is so
quick and delicious you will want to serve it with everything!

Method
To prepare the salsa, cut the tomato in half and remove the
seeds. Finely dice the tomato flesh and place in a bowl with the
remaining salsa ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan grill.
Sprinkle the second measure of Gregg's Chilli & Lime
Seasoning on the salmon steaks and place in an oven-proof dish. Fan
grill in the middle of the oven until the salmon is just cooked,
turning once, or cook on a pre-heated BBQ hotplate for 3 - 4
minutes each side or until cooked. Remove the salmon from the heat
and serve with the summer salsa and boiled new potatoes.
