Choc-a-lot Fudge Slice

A classic fudge slice that is difficult to resist.  This scrumptious treat is easy to make and is sure to disappear quickly.

Ingredients

Method

Line a 28 x18 cm tin with baking paper.

Place the butter, golden syrup and condensed milk into a saucepan and gently heat until the butter has melted. Mix well. Remove from the heat and cool slightly before adding the crushed biscuits, coconut and Gregg's Instant Dessert. Press firmly into the prepared tin and chill.

To make the icing, sift the icing sugar and cocoa into a bowl. Add the melted butter and stir in hot water, a little at a time, until it reaches a spreadable consistency.
Lift the chilled slice from the tin and spread with the icing. Cut into small squares and serve.
