You don't need a special occasion to make this delicious slice -
chocolate with a touch of cinnamon is sure to please!

- 100g (1/2 cup) dark chocolate chips or cooking chocolate
- 3 Tbsp cream
- 1 Tbsp brandy (optional)
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease the base and sides of a 22cm springform cake tin.
Combine the Gregg's Classic Crumble Mix and cocoa in a bowl. Add
the butter and toss with a fork until well blended. Press the
mixture evenly over the base of the tin.
Prepare the filling. Beat the cream cheese and butter together in a
bowl until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the remaining filling
ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture over the base. Bake in
the preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until the filling is set.
Stand the tin on a rack until it is cold.
Prepare the topping. Place the chocolate in a microwave safe
bowl. Microwave on Medium for 1 minute, then stir well. If
necessary, microwave for a further 10 - 20 seconds or until the
chocolate has melted. Alternatively, place the bowl over very hot
water until the chocolate melts. Stir occasionally. Stir the cream
into the chocolate, then stir in the brandy. Spread the topping
over the filling.
Chill until the topping has set, then cut into narrow wedges
