A delicious variation on a traditional roast chicken. The
flavours of Gregg's Garlic and Herb Sea Salt will make this
the family's favourite roast.
Ingredients
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Drizzle the chicken with oil and rub Gregg's Garlic & Herb
Sea Salt all over. Insert one half of the lemon into the cavity and
squeeze the other half over the chicken.
Roast the chicken for approximately 1 ½ to 1 ¾ hours, or until
the skin is golden and crispy and the chicken is thoroughly
cooked.
Serve immediately with mashed or baked potatoes and vegetables
