Crumbed Lamb Racks

Stylish enough to serve to guests, yet simple enough for a weekday meal, these lamb racks are bound to become a new favourite.

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Mix the Gregg's Roast Seasoning and breadcrumbs together on a flat plate.

Mix the Gregg's Crushed Garlic and mustard together and spread over the meaty side of the lamb. Press lamb onto the breadcrumbs until all the mustard mix is covered.

Place in an ovenproof dish, crumb side up, and bake for approximately 20-30 minutes or until the lamb is just cooked.

Rest for a few minutes and serve with your favourite mash and vegetables.
