Fish Burger with Dill & Lemon Aioli

A twist on the traditional burger this delicious fish version served with tasty Dill and Lemon Aioli is great for summer meals; serve with potato wedges for a simple and tasty dinner treat.

Ingredients

Method

Mix the aioli ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.

Sprinkle the fish fillets with Gregg's Dill & Lemon Seafood Seasoning.

Heat the oil or butter in a frying pan or on a pre-heated BBQ hotplate, over medium heat. Add the fish and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until the fish is cooked through.

Split the buns in half and place a cheese slice on the bottom bun. Place all bun halves under the grill cut side up and grill until they are lightly toasted and the cheese has melted.

Place a fish fillet on each bottom bun, top with lettuce, tomato and cucumber or gherkin. Spread aioli on the top bun.
