Brush the beef fillet slices with the Gregg's Coriander and
Garlic Paste. Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat or on a
preheated BBQ. Sear the beef quickly on both sides.
Mix the mayonnaise and extra Gregg's Coriander and Garlic Paste
then spread on the toasted bread slices.
Layer the beef, buttercrunch lettuce, sliced tomatoes and cheese
over half of the bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices and
serve immediately.
