Green Curry with Prawns

This creamy prawn curry looks delicious and has a mouth-watering aroma.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp Gregg's Green Curry Paste
  • 200g green beans, cut in half
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 500g shelled raw prawns
  • 1 red chilli, sliced

Method

Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add the onion and Gregg's Green Curry Paste. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add the green beans and coconut cream and continue cooking for 3 minutes.

Add the prawns and cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until they are just cooked.

Serve on noodles or rice garnished with sliced chilli.

Hints & Tips

The prawns can be substituted with diced fresh fish or marinara mix.

Leftover coconut cream can be frozen for another meal, thaw before use.

    Wow, this is a great recipe and what I love is that you dont need to buy a whole pile of Asian sauces to make it.
