This creamy prawn curry looks delicious and has a mouth-watering
aroma.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp Gregg's Green Curry Paste
- 200g green beans, cut in half
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 500g shelled raw prawns
- 1 red chilli, sliced
Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add the
onion and Gregg's Green Curry Paste. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add the green beans and coconut cream and continue cooking for 3
minutes.
Add the prawns and cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until they are just
cooked.
Serve on noodles or rice garnished with sliced chilli.
