Gregg's Salad Dressing

This salad dressing couldn't be simpler or yummier! If you like a bit of spice add extra curry powder to taste.

Preparation Time:
5 minutes



Mix all ingredients together. Leave to stand for a few minutes to thicken before use.

Store covered in refrigerator until required.


Hints & Tips

Can last up to 3 weeks in refrigerator if stored in an airtight container.

To thin this dressing, whisk in more vinegar.

    I also have alway used mustard powder, but will be keen to try this way. I also alway make white white vinegar as to avoid gluten

    Personal favourite, though I've always added mustard, not curry powder, as according to the recipe on the can, haven't tried it with curry powder, might have to try that Next time. :) Hint: Make and store in a Jar. It's easy to mix when making and if you take it out of the fridge to use and it's a bit thick, just shake it up in the jar until thin enough for your preference.
