Method
Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise and score in a criss cross
pattern on the cut surface.
Mix the Gregg's Chilli & Lime Seasoning with the melted
butter and brush on the cut side of the courgettes.
Place under a preheated grill or on a preheated barbecue and
cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until the courgettes are golden brown
and cooked.
Brush with the seasoned butter during cooking.
Serve immediately.
