Remove the skin and stones from the avocados.
Place in a bowl and mash roughly. Stir in the spring onion,
Gregg's Crushed Chilli, coriander, tomatoes, lime juice, Gregg's

Peppercorns.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate until ready to use.
