Mix chicken mince, corn, flour and Gregg's Clasic Roast
Seasoning together.
Take heaped teaspoons, form into a ball and drop into
breadcrumbs to coat. Flatten out to make small round patties.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the
patties for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden
on both sides and thoroughly cooked through.
