Instant Dessert Biscuits

These biscuits are quick and easy to make and taste delicious! Great with coffee, or add them to school lunches.

Makes 30 biscuits
Preparation Time:
10 minutes
Cooking Time:
12 minutes

Ingredients

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Cream the butter and sugar. Add the egg and mix well.

Fold in the sifted dry ingredients, dessert mix and chocolate chips or nuts.

Roll teaspoon sized balls and place on a greased baking tray. Flatten the balls with a fork.

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.

Hints & Tips

Any flavour of Gregg's Instant Dessert Mix can be used.
