Method
To prepare the sauce, heat the olive oil in a small
saucepan. Add the Gregg's Crushed Garlic and cook over medium heat
for 1 to 2 minutes until golden. Add the tomatoes and Gregg's
Jamaican Seasoning and simmer for 15 minutes or until thick
and saucy.
Meanwhile, prepare the meatballs. Combine the mince, onion, egg,
breadcrumbs and Gregg's Jamaican Seasoning in a bowl. Form into
small balls with wet hands.
Heat the oil in a large, non stick frying pan over medium heat.
Add the meatballs and cook, turning frequently, until they are
golden brown and cooked through. Alternatively, grill under a
preheated grill for 12 to 15 minutes, turning frequently.
Serve the meatballs with the sauce, and your favourite pasta on
the side.
