Mediterranean Style Wraps

Enjoy a light Mediterranean wrap that is quick and easy to prepare. These colourful wraps are the prefect summer time meal!

Ingredients

Method

Combine mince with Gregg's Rubbed Oregano, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Cumin, freshly ground Natural Sea Salt and Whole Black Peppercorns, breadcrumbs and egg.   Form into 8 patties.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add patties and cook for 2 - 3 minutes each side or until cooked through. Cut each pattie in half.

Meanwhile combine tomato, cucumber, onion, lemon juice and remaining oil.

Place some spinach onto each wrap, top with tomato salad, halved pattie and yoghurt. Wrap to enclose filling. Serve immediately.
