Mini Pizzas

Great for lunches or an after school treat.  Vary your toppings to make everybody's favourite.

Ingredients

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Cut the pastry with a 5cm cookie cutter to make 18 pizza bases. Place the pastry circles on baking trays lined with baking paper.

Mix the Gregg's Tomato Paste or Gregg's Pizza Paste with Gregg's BBQ sauce and spread over the pizza bases.

Top with capsicum, chicken and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling. Serve hot.
