Delicous Moroccan flavour combined with apricot is fantastic on
pizza.
Ingredients
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Toss the chicken pieces in the Gregg's Moroccan Seasoning.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the
chicken for 3-5 minutes or until cooked.
Place the pizza base on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Spread the base with Gregg's Tomato & Herb Pizza Paste. Top
with the cooked chicken, apricots and mozzarella.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the
cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh coriander.
