Add a Moroccan flavor to your favourite barbecue meats with this
delicious and easy marinade.

Method
In a bowl or plastic bag, combine the Gregg's Coriander &
Garlic Paste, Ground Cumin, Turmeric, lemon zest and juice.
Add chicken, meat or seafood and mix until well coated. Cover
and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes (5 minutes for
seafood).
Pan fry, grill or BBQ until cooked through.
