These flavourful skewers of beef look great and liven up any
meal; cook on the BBQ or under the grill.

Method
Place the Gregg's Moroccan Seasoning on a sheet of waxed paper.
Cut the meat into 3cm chunks and thread onto skewers. (If you use
bamboo skewers, soak them in cold water for 3 - 4 hours to prevent
them from burning). Brush the meat with oil, then roll in the
Gregg's Moroccan Seasoning.
Cook over a medium heat on a preheated barbecue or under a
preheated grill for 7 - 10 minutes or until the meat is golden
brown and cooked to your liking. Turn the skewers frequently while
cooking.
