Mulled Wine

The word 'mulled' simply means heated and spiced. Gregg's deliciously spicy mulled wine is perfect for a mid-winter get together or as part of a traditional Christmas feast.

Ingredients

Method

Place wine and sugar in a saucepan.

In a small piece of clean cotton, place Gregg's Spices and lemon rind; tie the top with food-safe string. Place in saucepan.

Slowly heat until it is simmering and simmer for a further 10 minutes.

Remove spice bag.

Thinly slice orange quarters and add to wine just before serving.
