For mushroom lovers everywhere ~ try this delicious soup. Packed
full of mushrooms you will want to make this again and again.
Ingredients
Method
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and Gregg's
Crushed Garlic. Cover and cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes or
until the onion is very soft.
Stir in the flour and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Add the
wine, stock and Gregg's herbs. Bring to the boil, stirring, then
simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Add the mushrooms.
Cover the pan and simmer over a low heat for a further 10
minutes. Season with Gregg's Sea Salt and Black Pepper. Remove the
bay leaf before serving.
