Impress your guests with these delectable mussels topped with an
aromatic and flavourful gremolata mix ~ great as a nibble or an
entrée.

Method
Clean the mussel shells and place in a saucepan with the Gregg's
Crushed Garlic and the water. Place a lid on the saucepan and steam
until mussels have just opened. Discard any unopened mussels. When
cool enough to touch open and remove mussel from the shells. Remove
any beards and reserve one half shell of each, to serve.
Preheat the grill to 220°C.
Mix the remaining ingredients together. Place each mussel on a
reserved half shell and place on a baking tray. Spoon the
breadcrumb mix onto the mussels and place under grill for a few
minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Cool slightly before serving.
