Gregg's Crumble Mix makes a delicious winter dessert. A tasty
combination of cashews and coconut with nectarines and raspberries.
Easy to prepare - it can bake while you are eating your dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 packet Gregg's Classic Crumble Mix
- 1/4 cup long thread coconut
- 1/4 cup raw cashew nuts (optional)
- 50g butter, melted
- 500g fresh nectarines, cut into eighths or 425g can nectarines, drained
- 250g fresh or frozen raspberries
Method
Preheat the oven to 180ÂșC.
Combine the Gregg's Classic Crumble Mix, coconut and cashew nuts
(if used), in a bowl. Add the melted butter and toss with a fork
until well blended.
Place the nectarines and raspberries in a 6 cup capacity
ovenproof dish.
Mix together gently. Sprinkle over the crumble mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to30 minutes, or until the
crumble is crisp and golden brown.
