Peach & Ginger Fruit Smoothie
Indulge in this fresh peach blended smoothie. Simply place
all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and pour into tall
glasses. A perfect treat to quench summer thirst.

Ingredients
- 2 fresh peaches, peeled and flesh chopped
- 1/2 cup low fat yoghurt
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp Gregg's Crushed Ginger
- 6 ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and
frothy.
Pour into glasses to serve.
