Peach & Ginger Fruit Smoothie

Indulge in this fresh peach blended smoothie.  Simply place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and pour into tall glasses.  A perfect treat to quench summer thirst.

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh peaches, peeled and flesh chopped
  • 1/2 cup low fat yoghurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp Gregg's Crushed Ginger
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour into glasses to serve.
