Pizza with Everything!

Try this delicious pizza or make up one of your own! Gregg's Pizza Paste makes cooking pizzas quick and fun for all.

Makes 1 x 25cm pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 x 25cm pizza base
  • 1 x 50g sachet Gregg's Pizza Paste - Tomato & Herb
  • 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • sliced mushrooms
  • sliced red onion
  • diced capsicum
  • sliced olives
  • sliced salami
  • sliced chorizo sausage

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place the pizza base on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Spread the Gregg's Tomato and Herb Pizza Paste over the pizza base.

Top with mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, red onion, capsicum, olives, salami and chorizo.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.

 

Hints & Tips

For a light, healthy meal use Gregg's Pizza Paste on pizza base with grated reduced fat cheese or spread on muffins or pita bread, top with cheese and grill for a quick snack.

    Great recipe to get the kids to help with. Mine loved helping. I also pre-made my own bases and used Mixed Herbs in the base - Yummy.
