Schnitzel Rolls with Gregg's Classic Roast Seasoning.
Ingredients
Method
Mix 4 teaspoons of Gregg's Classic Roast Seasoning with the
grated apple.
Divide the apple mixture between the schnitzel pieces, roll up
and secure with toothpicks.
Place the breadcrumbs on a flat plate and mix in the 2 teaspoons
of Gregg's Classic Roast Seasoning.
Dip each roll in beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb
mixture.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the schnitzel
rolls and cook until they are golden, turning to cook all
sides.
Drain on paper towels before serving.
