This tasty garlic and herb flavoured pizza makes a perfect
easy meal, with salad and prosciutto, or serve with antipasto or
dips instead of bread.

Method
Mix the flour, baking soda, Gregg's Sea Salt, olive oil and
buttermilk.
Knead on a lightly floured surface until the dough feels smooth
and elastic. Put in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a tea towel
and leave for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 250°C.
Halve the dough and roll each portion into a 24cm disc, then
transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with extra
olive oil and sprinkle on Gregg's Garlic & Herb Sea Salt. Top
with cheese to taste (if desired).
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the pizza is
crisp.
