Peanuts, mushrooms and water chestnuts can also be sliced into
this simple and tasty dish.

Method
Wash the lettuce well and separate the leaves, trying to keep
them as intact as possible. Discard the coarse outer leaves, dry
the remaining leaves and place in the refrigerator until
required.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add the pork
and red onion. Cook until the pork is golden and then add the
Gregg's Chilli & Lime Seasoning, Crushed Ginger, grated carrot
and soy sauce. Mix well and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the
Gregg's Sweet Chilli Sauce and mung bean sprouts. Remove from the
heat and spoon into the lettuce cups.
Drizzle with extra sweet chilli sauce if desired and garnish
with coriander leaves.
