Rosemary & Garlic Crusted Lamb Racks

The perfect complement to lamb this easy Rosemary and Garlic crust looks and tastes fantastic.

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut each lamb rack in half to give 4 portions.

Place the Gregg's Homestyle Stuffing Mix, Rubbed Rosemary, Garlic Salt and parmesan cheese in a shallow plate. Place the egg in a separate shallow bowl.

Dip racks into egg and then roll in the stuffing mixture ensuring that the meat is well covered.

Place in an oiled roasting pan and cook for 15 minutes for medium rare or longer as required.
