This great tasting quiche is perfect for picnics, lunches,
brunches or serve with salad for a light summer meal.

Method
Heat the oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add the onions and
cook slowly for 30 minutes, stirring often to prevent them from
burning. Add the brown sugar and cook for a further 10 minutes,
stirring.
While the onions are cooking, prepare the pastry: Preheat the
oven to 200°C. Line a greased 22cm pie dish with the pastry and
chill until required.
Beat the eggs, milk, Gregg's Rubbed Sage, Rubbed Rosemary,
Garlic Salt and Pepper together.
When the onions are cooked, place them in the pastry case, pour
over the egg mixture and top with the grated cheese.
Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes then reduce the heat to 180°C and
bake for a further 20 minutes or until the filling has set.
